Oh hey! I am doing my first Whole 30. In nut shell (no pun intended) Whole 30 is a nutrition reset. More on this…I feel great with a ton more energy and focus. Cravings are minimal and this feels like it could be an approachable lifestyle change. Peanut butter is off the list of Whole 30 foods so I decided to make a mixed nut butter to dip my apples in. It tastes so homemade and earthy in a good way. The texture and simplicity is life-giving.
