  • 2 cups of frozen peach
  • 1.5 cups of kale
  • 2 cups of almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice of half a lime
  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Warning, kids adding ingredients to the blender may double your prep time. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
