Quick healthy canned tuna wraps

Super simple tuna wraps that don't require cooking and take less than 15 minutes to make.

  • 3 cans of wild caught tuna
  • 15 grape tomatoes halved or quartered
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoons of avocado mayonnaise.
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  1. Open the cans of tuna and drain.
  2. Scrape the tuna out of the cans and into a bowl.
  3. Break up the tuna with a fork to ensure its easy to bite.
  4. Mix in the mayonnaise and mustard with the tuna meat.
  5. Slice the cucumbers relatively thinly and add to the bowl
  6. Halve the tomatoes and add to the bowl
  7. Gently stir a few times to combine
  8. Serve as is as a salad or warm tortillas to fill with the tuna mixture
