This matcha smoothie bowl is nutritionally superb and fun to add your favorite toppings to.

  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 pre-sliced frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon matcha green tea
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  1. Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend for 1-2 minutes to combine. Check to make sure all ingredients have blended together smoothly with a thick-ish consistency.
