  • ¼ avocado pear
  • 2 teaspoon Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop (38 grams) pea protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 10g sachet collagen peptides
  • 4 Ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Check for consistent texture if not smooth blend for another minute or more if needed.
  3. Add a straw and pretend you are at the beach
