  • 1 and1/4 cups frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 pinches cardamom seeds
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
