  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 2 cups of almonds
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 6 tablespons of grapeseed oil
  • 6 tablespoons of avocado oil
  1. Place all the nuts into a roasting pan and allow to toast at medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place nuts in large food processor, add the salt, cinnamon, and oils and then pulse until well combined and slightly rough in texture.
  3. Use for dipping or adding to a delightful piece of toast.
