Let me just tell you that I have good friends and the restaurant Rangoli to thank for my introduction to the mango lassi. It just sounds like fun, doesn’t it? The mango lassi at Rangoli was the beautiful finish to an amazing lamb curry.
Fast forward to my breakfast routine and you marry a green smoothie with a mango lassi and sparks fly. The four year old is pounding it, this is a GOOD sign. So shake up your morning smoothie routine and bring some Indian flare to your green goodness.
- 1 and1/4 cups frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 2 pinches cardamom seeds
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix thoroughly to combine until smooth. Place into your favorite smoothie glass. Add a straw to feel funky.
